Bite Detection During Heat Sealing

The CV Series performs automatic on-line detection of the spoon in a powered milk can, using binary conversion in area mode.

The CV Series instantaneously inspects the various products on the conveyor after they have been packaged.It enables on-line, high-speed detection.

In the wrapping processes for bread or confectionery, image sensors instantly detect any overlap between the product and heat seal bar. Since detection occurs before seals are made, the defect rate can be substantially reduced.

Detecting Deformities in PET Bottles

If plastic bottles are crushed by the fixed arm in the filling process, they cannot be filled to their proper capacity. Using a vision system to detect deformities in the bottles just before filling can prevent these kinds of filling defects.
